• We do not have a parking lot. We recommend parking at 3541 N. Clark St. (Addison and Clark) – Garage. It is a 1 minute walk to Nightmare on Clark St from this garage.

    The garage has two entrances: one on Clark at 3541 N Clark St. and the other entrance is on Sheffield at 3547 N Sheffield (just past the red line going west on Addison).

    If you lost or left something with us please stop by during regular business hours and someone will be able to help you. Due to the high volume nature, we are unable to assist with lost and found items over the phone.

  • No. Children 15 and under are not permitted to partake in the Haunted House Experience. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied with a paid adult.

  • Children 15 years of age and under will NOT be admitted onto the property for this adult experience. Anyone under 18 years of age needs to be accompanied by a paid adult.

    Be advised that 3505 Clark, Inc (herein referred to as “Nightmare on Clark St”) is: Self guided groups, claustrophobic, intense, extreme, disturbing, vulgar, self-deprecating and aggressive. Nightmare on Clark St uses adult language, heavy fog, strobe lights, loud music/noise, and small spaces.
